U17 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the u17 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the u17 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the entirety of the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using the u17 platform and close your account if you have already registered.

These Terms apply to all users of the u17 platform, including visitors without an account, registered users, and active players. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. u17 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. Use by minors is strictly prohibited, and u17 reserves the right to close any account that does not meet this age requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the u17 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. u17 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in your account being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, notify the u17 support team immediately by email at [email protected]. u17 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the u17 platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. u17 makes no representation as to the legality of using the platform in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Platform Usage Rules

Users of the u17 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any non-human method to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the security or operation of the u17 platform.
  • Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through dishonest means or in breach of the specific terms of those offers.
  • Deliberately forfeiting games or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
  • Uploading or distributing content containing viruses, malicious code, or any element that could damage the platform or harm other users.
  • Misusing the customer support system or behaving in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner towards u17 staff.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all associated winnings, and legal action where applicable.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the u17 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). u17 supports a range of local payment methods, including e-wallets and internet banking with major Malaysian banks.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any payment method they use belongs to them and is valid for use. Using a third party's payment method without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account in accordance with the processing time of your chosen payment method. For withdrawal requests, u17 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.

U17 does not bear any charges imposed by the user's payment provider or bank. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact the u17 support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

U17 reserves the right to hold or delay suspicious withdrawals while an investigation is conducted to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies and platform bonus terms.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Limitation of Liability

The u17 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. u17 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, anticipated profits, or business interruption.

U17 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may render the platform temporarily inaccessible. u17 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods of disruption.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, trade names, and design elements on the u17 platform are the exclusive property of u17 or its licensors. Users may not replicate, copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from u17.

Third-Party Links

The u17 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. u17 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Closure & Suspension

U17 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or for any operational reason u17 deems necessary. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to recover any balance associated with that violation.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

U17 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
